Context / Team: Account ServiceThe BVS Account Service Representative will maintain and support the existing client base. They are the first tiers of support for KANTAR MEDIA’s BVS clients. BVS is a very service driven product and they represent the service aspect of KANTAR MEDIA’s business. Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agency (Direct Response/General Advertising), PR and Production Facility industries, as well as television, cable and radio broadcast industry.
• Maintain assigned accounts & support team in account maintenance
• Troubleshoot BVS and sister technologies
• Assist clients in data interpretation
• Resolve all basic communication and data transmission issues
• Resolve all basic hardware and software problems
• Resolve client/data discrepancies
• Develop solid relationships with account contacts
• Fully understand KANTAR MEDIA technologies and explain these service to clients
• Work closely with technical support staff in resolving client issues
• Work closely with Account supervisors to demonstrate products and deliver presentations
• Responsible for the billing accuracy of their individual accounts
• Interact with many departments of KANTAR MEDIA, especially Technical Support, Sales and Billing
• Liaison between the client and KANTAR MEDIA
• Other special projects as requiredExperience Required:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• Two-three years Assistant or Coordinator experience in an advertising agency in traffic, sales, or media departments
• Able to work as early as 8am and as late as 6pm
• Strong computer knowledge
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
