Context/Team: Account ServiceProduct Support Representatives are responsible for answering the Kantar Media Intelligence hotline and interacting with sales and account management. This position will work the 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST shift.
Main Activities:
Assist clients in data interpretation
Develop solid relationship with clients who use the Kantar-MI applications
Field and answer questions regarding Kantar-MI methodology
Fully understand Kantar-MI technologies and explain these services to clients
Provide training in-house for clients on all Kantar Media applications
Resolve all basic communication and data transmission issues
Resolve all basic hardware & software problems
Resolve client/data discrepancies in a timely manner
Support clients with use of all Kantar Media proeducts
Troubleshoot various Kantar Media technolgies
Work closely with the Product Support Analyst in order to resove client issuesCompetencies required:
College Degree
Some agency or industry experience preferable but not required
Solid computer skills: MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Team-player
