This position is responsible for meeting local print production goals, training, development and motivation of production team members; Maintaining high production and quality standards, and other administrative supervisory duties  

Responsibilities:

Supervise data entry tasks performed by staff.  Make sure staff is achieving productivity requirements; Direct workloads of team members to meet monthly close-out requirements; Coordinate work with other teams and manager to maintain production goals; Provide additional training and motivation to employees on team as needed; Conduct effective and positive communications.  Use proper oral and written language; Review timecards, maintain accurate attendance records, prepare annual reviews, coordinate time off and enforce company policy and standards for assigned personnel; Responsible for updating daily production reports, monthly status report, etc; and other duties as assigned.

Experience Required:

3-5 years experience in supervisory role, production environment preferred; College degree preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work well with various levels within an organization; Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook
