Context / Team: Client ServicesThe primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical and consultative support to clients, manage the implementation and support of client solutions, facilitate timely high quality deliverables on client projects, and support the sales team in new client on boarding. Responsibilities:
Manage timely client deliverables by working closely with sales, operations, and the analyst team
• Create and manage project plans for client projects including dashboards and analyst studies
• Provide technical assistance to client subscribers to our SaaS Maestro platform
• Interact with clients to assess needs and opportunities to facilitate contract renewals and upsells.
• Deliver standard and customized trainings of Cymfony’s technology to new and current clients
• Maintaining strong relationships with the clients as evidenced by frequent interaction and enagement
• Work closely with the Business Analysts, Linguistic Analysis Team, Reading/Rating team, and Sales to ensure accurate and timely reports and deliverablesExperience Required:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a client services, pre-sales, or solution development role
• Excellent written, verbal and diplomacy skills
• Unparalleled relationship building skills with a consultative approach
• Solid time management skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and create and manage project plans
• Laser focus on detail
• A resounding sense of urgency
• An uncanny ability to dive right in, with guidance and support, when available
• Experience working in a research related field
