    Ken explains that “local spot advertising is going to comprise half of what is raised and spent in politics – whether that be a presidential race, senate races or house races, all added up." 

    According to Kantar Media, since Santorum dropped out of the GOP primaries, political ads have been 51% positive, 49% negative.
